Consent to the Processing of Personal Data and Privacy Policy

By registering on the site, the User consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with 152 Federal Law of the Russian Federation.

Photobank uses the minimum necessary set of personal data required for the conclusion and execution of an agreement between the user and Photobank.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties and organizations, except in cases of transfer to government authorities of the Russian Federation on the grounds and in the manner established by legislative acts of the Russian Federation.

In operation, the Photobank website can automatically use the following types of data:

1. “Logs” – information about the IP address from which access was made, as well as other service information that browsers report when establishing a connection. This information is not passed on to third parties or organizations.
2. Standard service technologies for storing data on the user side are cookies and the like. They are necessary for the operation of the site, for example, to maintain user authorization between visits, store the contents of the shopping cart and the “favorites” folder, etc. If desired, the User can delete all such data from his computer using the browser used.
3. Mandatory data specified by the user during registration – pseudonym (also known as login), valid email address. A nickname and email address are required to create a user account (personal account) on the site. The email address is used for communication regarding orders and for sending Photobank newsletters (notification of new arrivals, etc.), if the User is subscribed to them. The newsletter can be deactivated at any time in your personal account. For legal entities, the name of the legal entity and its TIN are required, which are necessary for issuing a check confirming the purchase of a license.
4. Optional data – more detailed data about yourself, which the User fills out voluntarily and which can be changed at any time. This data can be used to generate documents for user orders.
5. User payment details are not stored or processed on the Photobank website. A license is issued to an individual or legal entity based on information from the bank regarding a received payment in favor of Photobank.
6. Contact information (email, phone) – in feedback forms for one-time communication.

The user can request the deletion of personal data (account) in the Photobank at any time by sending a request in free form to info@yarr.tech from the same email address that was used during registration. Photobank will delete the user’s personal data (account), but will retain the purchase history for the corresponding account.
