Photobank is a website catalog of images and video materials, where buyers can find images by keywords through a search or by going to thematic subdirectories.

An individual (person) and a legal entity (organization) can purchase images and video materials.

You can pay for your purchase online using a bank card or in other ways available on the payment aggregator website, by transfer to a bank account according to an invoice previously issued by Photobank, using “Credits” (funds previously deposited by the user to your balance in Photobank). Individuals and legal entities are issued a cash receipt.

After confirmation of payment, the ordered images and video materials will become available for downloading in My office (personal account): when paying online immediately, when paying to a bank account – after receipt of payment to the account, 3) when using “Credits” – immediately.

The buyer can purchase any number of images and video materials over any period of time.

The fastest way to order images and video materials is to place them in the “Cart” and place your order in a manner generally accepted for online stores. It is also possible to place an order manually. To do this, you need to email the numbers of the images and videos you are interested in. The response letter will contain the necessary information on payment and delivery. Note: invoices are issued without VAT.

Are there materials on the site that require a “model release”? A model release is the model’s consent to the use of her image. This type of images and videos is not currently available on the Photobank website.

What is “non-commercial use (editorial use)”? This marking applies to images and video materials that are not intended for commercial use (in advertising, etc.). Such materials contain images of trademarks or images of people who have not given permission for commercial use.

What kind of drawing is “on top” of images and video materials? This is the Photobank watermark. After paying for your order, you will be able to download an image or video without a watermark.

License agreement – ​​determines the cost and scope of transferred rights. Licenses vary in image size (resolution) and method of use – commercial and non-commercial.

Cancellation of an order in the Photo Bank after payment is impossible, since it works online, and all payments are made immediately, including payment to the author of the image or video material, which cannot be returned. Until the order is paid for, you can add or remove images or videos, or select a different type of license. Photobank does not have the technological ability to make refunds using plastic cards, cash or crediting to the client’s account. In the most extreme case, money can be credited to the user’s “balance” in Photobank.
