Contract Offer

The Agreement presented on this page is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and contains all the essential terms of the Agreement, in accordance with which the will of the person making an offer to conclude an Agreement on the specified conditions with anyone who responds is seen.

1. The Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The website yarr.tech (hereinafter referred to as Photobank) makes efforts to provide the User (User) with services in the manner, terms and conditions in accordance with the Agreement, and the User undertakes to accept the services provided, make payment in the amount, procedure, terms and conditions in accordance with this Agreement.

1.2. Photobank provides the following services:

1. Maintaining the Photobank website (yarr.tech) in working order (except for periods when the site is shut down for technical work);
2. The ability for the User to view and select information resources on the Photobank website;
3. Consultations and selection of materials from the Photobank range upon request;
4. Information support on the acquisition and use of images and video materials from the Photobank assortment;
5. Technical support (online) regarding the operation of the Photobank website;
6. Storing download links for purchased images and/or videos on the Photobank server for 7 (seven) days after purchase;

7. Formation of financial statements (issuance of cash receipts) for purchased licenses.

1.3. The user can request services by email or online.

2. Rights and Obligations of the parties.

2.1. Photobank makes efforts to promptly provide the User with services under the Agreement, the quality of which meets the usual requirements for such services.

3. Cost of work and payment procedure

3.1. Photobank is a single supplier site. When paying for works purchased on the Photobank Website, the cost of services is 0% of the payment amount.

4. Responsibility of the parties

4.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement if this failure was a consequence of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, riots, war, government regulations, etc.) that arose after the conclusion of the agreement and which the parties could not have foreseen , nor prevented by reasonable measures.

5. Duration of the contract

5.1. This offer is valid from March 31, 2024 and comes into force when purchasing licenses on the Photobank Website.

5.2. Payment for licenses on the Photobank website implies acceptance of this agreement.

5.3. The agreement is valid until the parties fulfill their obligations.

6. Final provisions

6.1. Photobank reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this Agreement by notifying in advance of significant changes by posting a message on the Photobank Website no later than 7 (seven) business days before these changes come into force.
